Returns & Refunds
We hope that you LOVE your I SAW IT FIRST purchases but understand sometimes we over spend (whoops) or things don’t fit (BOO)!!
We are happy to assist all customers with Returns providing the item to be returned complies with our below policy:
Return & Refunds Policy Conditions:
- Return & Refunds can only be made within 14 days of date of delivery.
- Items must be in perfect condition i.e. unused, unworn, unwashed etc.
- Items must still have all original tags intact.
- Swimwear, Accessories & Under Garments are NON-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are NON-returnable.
- Item should be returned in the same plastic pouch or box received in.
We at I SAW IT FIRST. do not process exchanges, alternatively we can offer you a FREE return service & store credit or refund, whereby then you can re-order the new product/size you require.
If you would like to proceed with the return kindly email us at email@example.com or complete our Contact Us customer form and we will arrange the collection with our courier provider Fetchr.
Fetchr will contact you to arrange a suitable day/time for collection.
Once we have received the item(s) back to our facility and quality check them to ensure they comply with our return's policy we will then contact you accordingly.
Refunds for orders paid via COD, will be issued as store credit.
Refunds for orders paid via Card online will be issued back onto the payment card.
Card payment refunds can take up to 7 days to reach your account, please note you can re-order the new product/size ahead of receiving your store credit or refund if you wish and you shall receive this next day should your order be placed before 5pm (except Fridays & public holidays).
Return / Refund Process for KSA
Inform customer that we will send the return AWB to his email address:
- Print the Return AWB that will be sent
- Customer can either call Aramex to have his item be collected OR drop the item to the nearest Aramex Branch with the printed return AWB.
- Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
- He can use his credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item he would like.

Returns / Refunds cannot be confirmed via Telephone. Please e-mail us at the email address with the below information as soon as possible once receiving your item(s) & our customer service team will follow up with you within 1-2 working days.

Once your request is received, our customer care team will confirm all details with you regarding your refund via email.
Unfortunately we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
Although we are very thorough in checking all items before we dispatch, if you do receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours by email to email@example.com quoting your Order Number, the description of damage and an image.
